REFUND POLICY

THELEADERMIND, LLC (“THELEADERMIND,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) wants students to feel confident before purchasing a course. That is one reason we may offer a free preview before purchase, so you can experience the teaching style, course structure, and learning approach before deciding whether the full course is right for you.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for THELEADERMIND courses, digital products, and related services.

Free Preview

If a free preview is available, you are encouraged to complete it before purchasing the full course. The free preview is designed to help you decide whether the course is a good fit for your goals, learning style, and current season of professional development.

Digital Course Purchases Are Final

Because THELEADERMIND courses are digital products that provide access to course videos, workbooks, activities, downloads, and related materials shortly after purchase, all paid course purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Please review the course description, pricing, included materials, and any available free preview before purchasing. Once you purchase access to the paid course, you are responsible for the purchase even if you do not complete the course, access all lessons, use all materials, or decide the course is not the right fit for you.

Payment Plans

If you purchase a course using a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the full purchase price over time according to the payment terms shown at checkout.

A payment plan is not a month-to-month subscription and cannot be canceled simply because you stop using or accessing the course. Unless otherwise required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, and remaining scheduled payments remain due according to the payment plan terms.

Subscriptions or Recurring Services

If THELEADERMIND offers subscriptions, memberships, coaching access, AI-supported tools, community access, or other recurring services in the future, the applicable cancellation and refund terms will be disclosed at or before the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, canceling a recurring service stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for payments already made.

Digital Downloads and Completed Materials

If THELEADERMIND offers subscriptions, memberships, coaching access, AI-supported tools, community access, or other recurring services in the future, the applicable cancellation and refund terms will be disclosed at or before the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, canceling a recurring service stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for payments already made.

Duplicate Purchases or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, made a duplicate purchase, or experienced a billing issue, please contact us through our contact form. We will review the issue and make a reasonable effort to correct confirmed billing errors.

How to Contact Us About a Billing Issue

To contact us about a duplicate purchase, billing error, or refund required by law, please use our contact form and include:

  • the name used for the purchase;

  • the email address used for the purchase;

  • the course or product purchased;

  • the date of purchase; and

  • a brief description of the issue.

We may request additional information if needed to locate the purchase or review the issue.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved because of a confirmed billing error, duplicate purchase, or legal requirement, it must be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless a different method is required by the payment processor, bank, card issuer, course platform, or applicable law.

THELEADERMIND does not control how long banks, credit card companies, payment processors, or third-party platforms take to post a refund after it has been issued.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about your purchase or believe there was a billing error, please contact us first so we can try to review the issue directly.

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, your course access may be suspended while the dispute is being reviewed. Filing a chargeback does not automatically cancel payment plan obligations or override this Refund Policy.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above.

The Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or we choose to apply a more favorable policy.
