By accessing or using our website, creating an account, signing up for a free preview, purchasing a course, or using any related service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website, courses, or services.

Payments, Pricing, and Refunds
Paid courses, products, or services must be purchased through the checkout process we provide. Prices, payment options, discounts, and availability may change at any time before purchase.
If we offer payment plans, you agree to pay all scheduled payments associated with the purchase. Access to the course may be suspended or revoked if a payment fails, is disputed, or remains unpaid.
If we offer subscriptions or recurring services in the future, the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation process will be disclosed at or before the time of purchase.

No Professional Advice

You are responsible for the content you choose to submit. Please do not include highly sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable sharing it with the platforms used to deliver the course experience.
You retain ownership of your personal responses, reflections, and submissions. By submitting content through our website, course platform, workbook tool, forms, or other services, you grant THELEADERMIND and our service providers permission to process, store, and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support course delivery, respond to requests, improve the student experience, and operate our business.
At this time, THELEADERMIND does not review students’ personal workbook responses as part of normal course administration. If that changes in the future, we will update our Privacy Policy and related practices as appropriate.
Testimonials, Feedback, and Reviews
If you voluntarily provide feedback, reviews, testimonials, survey responses, or comments about THELEADERMIND, you give us permission to use that feedback to improve our offerings.
We will not intentionally publish your private course reflections or personal workbook responses as testimonials without permission.
